These terms cover use of the Panchvati grocery delivery app in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using the app

• You must be 18 or older.
• You sign in with your own phone number.
• You are responsible for the orders placed from your account.

Orders

An order is a request for the store to pack the items and for a driver to deliver them to the address you entered. The store can mark an item out of stock. You are charged for the items that are delivered. Delivery time depends on the store and the driver. A time shown in the app is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Payment

You pay in the app when you place the order. The total can include the item prices, delivery, and tax. If an item is not delivered, that amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Your address

You must enter an address where someone can receive the order. If the address is wrong, or no one is there to receive it, the store and driver are not required to make a second trip.

The app

The app is provided as it is. We may change an item price, a store's stock, or these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when the terms change.
